To order from my shop please use the ‘add to cart’ button next to the item you want to buy and then follow the instructions to check out the items in your cart.

The checkout process is handled by Paypal, a secure payment processing company. You now don’t need a paypal account to use paypal, you can just pay with your credit or debit card. I will never see your credit card or bank details, so therefore paypal provides a safety net for online shoppers.

All prices are in pounds sterling but you can pay with any currency you like, paypal will do the currency conversion automatically. I have put a useful currency converter on each page of my website so you can check prices against your country’s currency.

If you can't or don't wish to use paypal contact me by email to arrange payment by cheque ( UK only).

I ship 1^st class within the UK and by airmail internationally. My shipping prices cover postage and packaging. All items are presented in a gift box or an organza gift bag, the cost of postage also includes this.

I aim to dispatch items to you within 48 hours of receiving cleared payment. Once I have sent the item I will send a confirmation email to let you know your item is in the post.

I always obtain proof of postage and I cannot be held responsible if an item has been lost in the post.

International mail normally takes 3-7 working days depending on where it is being shipped to and customs etc.

If you are worried about your parcel please contact me, I will be happy to answer any queries.

I take great pride in my work to ensure its quality and integrity. I do my best to describe the item as fully as possible and take many photos of the items.

However please contact me by email within 24 hours of receiving the item natalia@spiralcraft.co.uk if you are not happy with your purchase and would like to exchange the item or obtain a refund.

Refunds or exchanges are available within 7 days of receipt of the item. Please obtain proof of postage if you return an item.

The item must be in its original unused condition when returned to me. I reserve the right to refuse any returns if the condition of the goods differs from that which it was sent out.

All refunds will be directed through paypal, postage costs will be not refunded unless you are returning an item because it is damaged.

The returns policy excludes earrings because of hygiene reasons unless the item is faulty.

The copper that I use has not been treated with any chemicals and will continue to naturally oxidize over time, increasing it's individual beauty. However if you prefer I can coat the piece in a protective wax so that is will stay in its original state. Sometimes copper can leave a green mark on the skin depending on your skin type, if you prefer this not to happen you may prefer me to coat the item. I can do this at no extra cost, please state when you order if you would like this service.

I have put a ring size guide on my website, however the most accurate way to find out your ring size would be to get your finger professionally measured at a jewellers. Please do this if you would like to buy or commission a ring off me.
