A spiral has been hand formed from copper wire and then weaved with freshwater pearls to create this unusual brooch.
The piece has been lightly oxidised and polished to bring out the copper highlights of the wire wrapping.
The brooch measures 6.5 x 4cm (2 1/2" x 11/2").
